Scenario:
You are the captain of a small tour boat that is transporting a group of 30 females that are on an island retreat. While you're out at sea, you start experiencing technical difficulties including a leak in your gas tank. The fumes build up and your engine explodes destroying a third of your boat and killing half of the passengers. Youre over 50 miles from the shore and your boat is starting to sink. You have a small lifeboat that can fit 10 of the remaining passengers. It is your decision who boards the life boat and who does not. The passengers are: 1. A medical doctor who runs a support and rehabilitation service for victims of domestic abuse. 2. A former pageant queen who has given seminars on self esteem and has raised over $200,000 for charities. 3. A young mother of three and political activist who has been living as an undocumented worker in the US to provide for her children back home. 4. A nun who has won a nobel peace prize for ending religious conflict in a region of east Africa. 5. A former convicted felon who served in the US Navy. 6. A 27 year old CEO of a marketing corporation in Manhattan. 7. A pregnant high school dropout who lost her mother in the explosion. 8. A young engaged librarian who is paralyzed from the waist down. 9. A divorced state senator 10. A lesbian college student who took a year off to serve in the peacecorps 11. An air force pilot who is soon to be deployed in the Middle East. 12. A 24 year old mother of three who was a former teacher but currently works as an adult film actress. 13. A prominent figure in the gay rights movement who suffers from anxiety. 14. A cheerleader who's lifelong goal of cheering for a professional football league is about to be accomplished. 15. An anorexic film director who has produced various documentaries on beauty image in America.
