District Collectorate Office Information Integration It will help to maintain information about citizens and provide some basic level services to citizens. Citizens can request for below listed certificates online as well. It will help to faster retrieval & processing of information. Issue certificates on Birth, Community, Income and Ration card. District Collectorate & Civil supplies department All Districts of Tamil Nadu Key Features:
Create different employees and assign corresponding privileges.
Maintain a centralized database to provide security to information which can be accessed only by the admin.
Citizens can apply for various certificates through online.
Employee logs on to his account to approve/decline/reject the forms which are send by citizens to get certificates, under verification.
Track all the employees, citizens and their contact details. User interface requirements

Already the Collectorate office is using standalone application developed. It is required to be integrated to citizens through Web based interface. Some web service components have to be developed for generation of reports at higher level where information from all offices will be merged. Some basic services offered to citizens are listed below: Issue of Birth certificate Income Certificate Community certificate(OC/BC/MBC/SC/ST) Certificate of Residential proof(Ration Card)
