A 60y/o chubby female has been complaining of joint pains for some time. After a fall, she was not able to stand up nor walk due to severe pain when trying to support her weight.

What preventive measures must one do?

An 18y/o male frequently having cough and afternoon rises in temperature complained of back pains.

A biopsy of the affected area was done and was submitted for histopathologic and microbial examination.

Describe the histopathologic findings. What type of necrosis is seen? ■ What is the most probable etiology of this disease? ■

While playing basketball, a 21y/o male had a fall. After some weeks, he noticed that his left leg is getting bigger with no remission of the pain he has felt since his fall.
