Salvation Army Act (04/09) Parliament of eAustralia
Purpose: This Salvation Army Act authorizes the creation of an Organisation and the running of said Organisation within Australia by the Department of Social Services. Process: Part 1. Creation of the Organisation a) This Act authorises the creation of an Organisation, which shall be called the “Salvation Army”. b) The Organisation shall be run, operated and funded by the Department of Social Services of the eAustralian Government. Part 2. Purpose of the Organisation a) The Purpose of the Organisation shall be for the benefit of the Australian Citizens only. b) It shall be used to collect and store “junk” items from the Citizens of Australia, including but not limited to the following: i. Old Food; ii. Old Houses; and iii. Old Weapons; Part 3. Operation of the Organisation a) Items may be donated to the Organisation. b) At no time can the Organisation pay any monies for the item, it must be a free donation. c) The items shall be stored until such time as they can be donated to other that need them. d) They may not be sold to others for any monies. Part 4. Disbursement of Collected Items a) The disbursement of any collected items shall as follows: i. To Australian Citizens Only;
ii. There shall be no charge to the receiver of the items; iii. The items may only go to those that request them; iv. weapons will Only be given to members of the Australian Defence forces and not members of the public; b) At no time can any item donated to the Salvation Army be sold off. Responsibility: The Department of Social Services and therefore the Ministers of said Department are responsible for the running and operation of this organisation. Amendments: None at this time.
