Technique 1-make serial dilutions of the patints serum in saline in several raws 2-to each of these add equal volumes of the antigen suspensions(o,H) for typhoid paratyphoid A ,B and C 3-shake will put in water bath at 37C for 4 hours *serial dilution dilute the serum in 1/10, 1/20, 1/40, 1/80, 1/160 ,1/320, 1/640
