Salmon Meuniere Servings: 4 4 salmon steaks Teriyaki Sauce: 1 cube butter 2 tbsp. Senrvo Mirin 3 tbsp. sake 3 tbsp. soy sauce Salt and pepper salmon and dip in flour. Fry or broil in 2 tbsp. oil. Approximately 8 minutes on each side. Brown the butter and add to the teriyaki sauce. Pour over salmon and serve. Add parsley for garnishing, and lemon slices.
