Respectfully Sheweth: 1.
That the above writ petition is pending adjudication before this Hon’ble Court and the parawise comments are called from the respondent No. 2 (S.H.O. P.S. Gulgasht).

That during the hearing of bail petition of Tariq Javed accused, the complainant (respondent No. 3) appeared before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Multan
Ch.
Muhammad Siddique, on 12.10.2000. The learned trial court recorded the statement of complainant in which he stated that due to some doubt and mischief the case was registered against the accused Tariq Javed. He also confirmed that he did not want to prosecute the bail application, so in the light of the statement of complainant, the bail of accused Tariq Javed was confirmed. The copy of bail application, order sheet from 5.10.2000 to 12.10.2000 and order dated 12.10.2000 are Annexes “G, H & J”. 3.
That the witnesses Muhammad Ramzan real brother of the petitioner and Muhammad Mushtaq a cousin of the petitioner sworn the affidavits that neither they know anything about the occurrence nor they were present at the place of occurrence. Copies of affidavits are Annexes “K & L”.

That this statement of complainant and affidavits were produced before the I.O./S.H.O., but they are not going to accept, verify or place on the file these documents. The behaviour of the respondent No. 2 is very much bias and prejudice towards the petitioner because of the standing instructions of S.P. City, who ordered to register the case. It is respectfully prayed that respondent No. 2 may please be directed to place the documents produced by the petitioner on file and to investigate the case impartially without any favour and fear. Any other relief, which this Hon’ble Court deems fit, may please by granted in the interest of justice. Humble Applicant/Petitioner Dated: ___________
