RULIiS AN1) REGULATIONS

ARBOR HEIGHTS, A CONDOMINiUM The sidewalks, entranecs, passages, Lobbies tuid hallways and like portions ofthc Common Elements shall not be obstructed nor used for any pUr-pose other than fbi- ingress und egress to and horn the Condominium Property or Common Elements; nor thall any carts, bicycles, carriages, chairs, tables or any other objects be stored therein, except in arcas (it' any) designated for such purposes.

Addilionally, nu awning, canopy, shutter or other projection shall be attached to or placed upon the outside walls or roof of the Huilding or on the Common llemcnts, without the prior Written consent otth Board of 1)Ircctors of the Association. Notwithstanding anything herein or in any of the Condominium documents to the contrary, any Untt Owner may display one (I) portable, removable United States flag in a respectful way; and on Armed 1'erces Day, Memorial L)ay, Flag Dey, Independence Day, nnd Veterans Day any tinit Owner may display in a respectful way portable, removable official flags, not larger than 4.5 kèet by 6 feet that represent the United States Arr-ny, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard. Children wilt be the direct responsibility of their parents or legal guordians, including full supervision ofthern while within the Condominium Property and including full compliance by them with tl)CSe Rules and Regulnjions and all other rules nd regulations of the Association. All nf these rules and regulations shall apply to all other owners and occupants even if not specifically so stated iii portions hereof.
