institution) showing that the learner has achieved a Level 4 on the Reading for Information, Applied Mathematics, and Locating Information WorkKeys® assessments A form signed by the instructor showing pre- and posttest
scores for all SPOKES modules (Learner must have achieved a minimum of 80% on all posttests) A letter signed by the instructor verifying that the learner has
successfully completed Introduction to Computers (keyboarding, Windows, word processing, and spreadsheets) A copy of the learner’s resume (hard copy) and a cover letter
(hard copy) verifying the learner has applied what s/he learned in Introduction to Computers
