Does the building give something back to the context? 3.Function: How does the building respond to its function? Does it fulfill its function? 4.Circulation: How does it work? Are there enough stairs, elevator, etc, to serve the demands of the people who use the building? 5.Is the main entrance a real access to the building or just a simple door? 6.Is the structure type in accordance with the building type? 7. Do the façades demonstrate what happens inside the building? 8. Does the scale of the building correspond with: a. Its context? b. Its function? 9. Is the conceptual language, used in the external form, also used in the interior distribution? 10. Are the materials the most adequate for the building? 11. How is the acoustics? 12. How is the light? 13. Does it relate properly to the user? 14. How is the quality of spaces? 15. How is the technology used?
