Working with Pakarab Fertilizer Ltd Multan. As District Manager - Sales in Regional Office Sukkur, Sindh, from June 2007 to-date with the responsibilities of; Applying company’s safety policies in the Sale Distt to ensure safe and healthy work operations. Management of sale of company fertilizer products in the entire district according to the company’s distt plans. Closely monitor the demand and supply of the company products and overall industry. Managing the dealer’s network for maximum output in the form of sale of company products. Providing best customer servicing for long term satisfaction, to be utilized positively for company’s professional motives. Managing dealers finances through arranging and providing products on Bank Guarantees. Managing warehousing for the company products in the sale district. Forecasting the crops for budget planning, preparing budgets proposals for distt, and utilizing annual distt budget ensuring the expenses being made in a cost effective way. Maintaining good GR/PR with the Govt. interfaces and opinion makers. Evaluates customer research, market conditions, and implements marketing plan changes as needed. Conduct demographic and other marketing studies to identify trends to maximize effectiveness of marketing efforts; research targeted markets and evaluate marketing strategies to identify potential consumers of product. Prepare reports and analyses setting forth progress, adverse trends and appropriate recommendations or conclusions.
