BIOGRAPHY Accomplishing Usability & UX professional with industry experience of five years and a passion for the usable and aesthetic synthesis of design, space, content, and technology. Experience with iterative design techniques and other development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) used within a variety of software companies. Mature design sensibility and interest in the development of innovative user-centered products. My Job at Honeywell constitute of translating requirements into effective and innovative solutions using strong analytical skills and sense of user experience design principles. Produce concepts to illustrate functional design ideas, road map product strategy and define project scope. As Honeywell is established into various domains I got a chance to understand & work with fascinating projects in domains such as aerospace and automation control (Energy) and also its newly acquired domain of handheld devices. I employ user & usage -centred design methodologies and human factors principals to develop negotiable and conventional information architectures, guidelines and standards along with full life cycle of the software design process including requirements definition, prototyping, proof of concept, interface design, implementation, testing and maintenance.

Advanced portable cockpit information system with 3-D synthetic vision. Lead overall activities as Principal designer and Strategist in the investigation and definition of a harmonized user interface for this hand held application. The project’s objective was also to create a set of guidelines and style direction that will be followed by all bendixking applications. Lead contributor to the User Interface Style and Standards guide that set the direction for designing best of breed user interfaces applications. Lead author and investigator for a Brand and Style investigation that set the style for this global harmonization initiative. (Axialas, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop) Designed the information architecture for the application and responsible for icon conceptualization, design, and implementation management. (Viso, Axure, Concept Share & Flash) Conceptualization of new metaphors and constructs was a key deliverable for this project.

Online flight planning & support services for Business Aviation Lead overall design activities including user study, usability analysis, design strategies and user interface design for this complex aerospace and air traffic management solution. The product was redesign of there existing legacy system which allows users to create flight plan for users travel internery. Developed concepts, storyboards, user interface specifications, and managed usability concerns. Worked closely with various stake holders off shore to ensure the success of the product through the design of an innovative user experience. Responsible for user analysis of the target audience through interviewing domain experts (Flight Data Specialist, Chief Pilots & Dispatchers) Utilized a User-centered design process (Interviewing, Persona’s, High-Fidelity Prototyping and Card Sorting) Created a high-fidelity prototype of the final solution (Photoshop, Dreamweaver) Designed story boards, and information architecture (Visio, Axure) Documented final solution in a style guide/UI specification. Launch management and device configuration I was involved as User Experience designer for this project in the design and definition of an application to configure and administer mobile computers. This project was my first exposure to an Agile development process. Dolphin Power Tools provide users with many varying functions and operations. The tools perform such vital system tasks as retrieving device information, customizing the user interface, working with the registry, pinging the networking, and providing easy access to barcode data. This included designing the overall user experience for the administration and client application. The product allowed users to manage their aero services online .
