ACCESO Y USO DE MOTORES DE BÚSQUEDA PARA INVESTIGACIONES MÉDICAS Y CREACIÓN DE FTPs Curso: Informática Aplicada a la Investigación - Prof. Ulises ROMAN C- Nov. 2006

Para el acceso y uso de los motores de búsqueda es necesario contar con INTERNET, así como para la creación de FTPs (Protocol Transfer Files), a continuación se formulan las preguntas a resolver o verificar: 1. Ingrese a los motores de búsqueda y mencione las características principales [ 3< n < 5] U n motor de búsqueda es un programa de computación que busca automáticamente páginas Web en Internet y hace un índice con las que encuentra. Todos los buscadores importantes indexan el texto completo de toda la página. Buscador de Webs, imágenes y newsgroups. Tiene un directorio de webs organizado por temas. Para una búsqueda simple, los servicios de Búsqueda proveen una caja de texto para que ingrese allí la palabra clave luego haga clic en el botón que tenga para Buscar y el motor mirará en su base de datos ubicando las páginas que contengan esa palabra 2. Ingrese a las Base de Datos y mencione las características principales [ 3< n < 5] Base de datos es un conjunto exhaustivo no redundante de datos estructurados organizados independientemente de su utilización y su implementación en máquina accesibles en tiempo real y compatibles con usuarios concurrentes con necesidad de información diferente no predicable en tiempo Independencia de datos y tratamiento. Coherencia de resultados Mejora en la disponibilidad de datos Cumplimiento de ciertas normas: Restricciones de seguridad, Accesos (Usuarios a datos), Operaciones (Operaciones sobre datos)
