Star Welfare came to know about the story of torture case of police. Asalat bibi is mother of Amir who is kidnapped from the previous couple of days. Asalat bibi is saying that It is my request that my husband and son Mohammad Amir has sent to the jail in baseless blame on the personal etch although Amir have injured his head with weapon and after that police arrested him and admitted him in the DHQ Sahiwal. But on the rejected of doctors they transferred him to DHQ Sargodha which remained under the police and the doctors of DHQ Sargodha transferred him in the Allied hospital Faisalabad. Opposition may be has killed my son or not. Court has released my husband, son and filed case against the opposition. Still I haven’t got my son and the case not

filed in the Thana. I feel that police has killed my son. This is my request in front of you that should abide my case and help me. Case Details, A fake case has registered against Muhammad Amir s/o Ahmad Khan and on his father Ahmed Khan, They were innocent they are not involved in this case the real accused were Muhammad Iftikhar and Muhammad Nawaz who are also mentioned in case 98/09 who is charged on them. Main accused were involved in theft of truck but on the spot they run away and leave truck there the opponent party came and caught Amir and his father Ahmad khan just on the base of misunderstanding they beat them harshly even they rend his head his condition was so serious he was near to die but the opponent party call to police and police arrest Amir and his father Ahmed khan took them in jail of sahiwal but they came to know that Amir’s condition is not well so they keep Ahmad Khan in jail and admit Amir in Civil Hospital but doctors rejected to admit him and transferred him to Alaid Hospital of Faisalabad Amir remain in Alaid hospital for 4 days when he came in senses doctors discharge him and police took him back to sargodha jail But Amir’s condition again become very serious then police again admitted him in DHQ of sargodha without any permeation and inform of Amir’s parents after this Amir is abduct and never seen any where now he is still missing his mother is so much worried about his son she is saying that I am not sure that my son is alive or killed by police and opponents Name of alleged perpetrators: 1: Rabnawaz s/o qasim 2: Hassan shair s/o Ghulam 3: Faiz Ahmad s/o Allah Ditta 4: Muhammad Sarfaraz s/o Muhammad Hassan 5: Nasir Abbas s/o Muhammad Hussain 6: Muhammad Hussain s/o Muhhamad Qasim 7: Mazhar Iqbal s/o Malka 8: Zafar Hayyat s/o Haji Muhammad 9: Zafar Iqbal s/o Dost Muhammad 10: Muhammad shair s/o Qasim 11: Muhammad Arif ASI 12: Muhammad Ameer head constable 13: Unknown constable 14: Unknown head constable Name of victim:
