About the resort Lake view Ayurvedic Resorts and Research Centre [LARC] provide luxury in the midst of wild, without affecting the ecosystem and enough flexibility to suite the tourist's pocket. The resort is on a 25 acre land, which consists of a 5 storey building accommodating the mini conference hall, auditorium having capacity for 2500 people, swimming pool, ayurvedic rejunuvation center, bar, coffee chop 24 hrs, internet café, etc. The built up area of the building is 2.5 lakh sq.ft. Other constructions are 18 honeymoon cottages, walking path, car parking for 50+ cars,etc Financial Details of the resort Total Staff strength at present is 40 persons. The approximate monthly expenses is Rs 5. 5 Lakh The approximate monthly income is Rs 8 lakh The resort has a bar licence but the owners are not running the bar at present due to their religious commitment. The resort enjoys and occupancy of more than 90% during the season period and above 50% during the off season period. The resort is fully equipped to meet the food requirements of various tourists both Indian and foreigners. The resort was started in the year 2002, all taxes till march, 2007 has been paid
