install evaluation version 2 run "keil uvision3" 3 go to file->license management 4 copy "computer id" or "cid" 5 run "keil_lic-v3.2.exe" in this package 6 select "mcu type" of 51 7 select "professional developers kit" 8 select "with computer id code" 9 select "v2" 10 enable "external cid code" and paste the cid from uvision3 11 click on "generate" 12 copy "lic0" value 13 paste into the license management of uvision3 in "new license id code(lic)" and press "add lic" 14 enjoy
