These are also entries for ‘00000000’ & ‘99999999’ which are not valid CAN numbers (some have Balances) 8445 CANs (in consumer master) do not have any entries in the ledger.

a) SWC legacy application has a record of approximately 3 lakh CANs and revenue application has 6.25 lakhs. Merging the two resulted in 619180 b) SWC users have reported some duplicate records after the merging c) Since SWC and revenue applications have been independent of each other, several contradictions and duplicates exists, in the new system, these two applications are integrated and therefore, these contradictions /duplicates are rejected by the data integrity constraints. Connection Date on Certain CANs does not Match

Meter Reader master data does not match with the field. Specifically, the meter codes collected during the training of Meter Readers do not match with those in the meter reader Master

Meter Average KL for CANs with meters in Repair condition does not match with Revenue application’s download file

We request the Co-options to join these cans with CANDELS table to know exact status( where the hidden, duplicate, linked and other status of the consumer are maintained) a) 275349 swc files are linked to RBS tables. b) & c) these records are to be joined with CANDELs table and report to HMWSSB

The Disconnection and Reconnections dates are to be looked into – to get latest connection dates Field meter codes written in the questionnaire being examined, certain codes are wrongly written by the MRs themselves. Regarding these differences we have contacted the our Software Consultant.- he had explained that the information is available in oracle and DBF are both are same. However, he said he will look in this matter. The table names/ are correct meter reader assignments shall be informed shortly.
