RESOLVED THAT Mr. _______________________________ _________________________________________is authorised to represent BHP Billiton Petroleum (Pakistan) Pty. Ltd. through its Assistant Team Leader in the court case filed by Syed Zahid Arshad Ex-employee of company, titled “Syed Zahid Arshad Vs. BHP Billiton Petroleum (Pakistan) Pty. Ltd.” pending in the court of Senior Civil Judge, Islamabad (a suit for “Recovery & damages”). He is authorised to engage advocates, sign applications, written statements & other relevant documents, give affidavits, evidence, statements, compromise and do all the things, which are necessary in connection with adjudication of the aforesaid case.

SUGGESTED TERMS & CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT (for Contract Employee---Managerial Staff)
1)
That due to re-organization in the department or company, your post can be made redundant and abolished and a result of that your services can be terminated by giving you one month’s notice or by paying you one month’s salary in lieu of the notice period.
2)
That during your employment or after its termination, you will not disclose any information relating to company or its customers and will not divulge any knowledge or trade secrets that may be obtained while in the service of the company unless compelled to do so by the court of law.
3)
That during your tenure of service, you will be governed by all company’s rules & regulations as may be enforced from time to time.
4)
That you will be bound to make good any loss or damage to the company’s property caused by your negligence, inadvertence, fraud, carelessness or any act or omission. The termination/dismissal of your service may not exonerate you from the liability to make up this loss or damage.
5)
That you will discharge your duties, responsibilities and authority efficiently and diligently to the satisfaction of the management of the company and will not act in any manner contrary to the interest of the company.
6)
That during the probationary period, your services may be terminated if your work is not found upto mark, by giving you 24 hours’ notice. …………………………………… It is discretion of the company to extend the contract; otherwise, it shall stand expired on its date of expiry and you cannot claim your extension in service as a right. During the course of contract, company can terminate the contract by giving you one month’s notice and vice versa.
