ABSTRACT
Employee Engagement is the level of commitment and involvement an employee has towards their organization and their values. An engaged employee is aware of business context, and works with the colleagues to improve performance within the job for the benefit of the organization. It is a positive attitude held by the employees towards the organization and its values.The project focuses on how employee engagement plays a vital role in significantly improving the overall structure of the organization and hence it helps in substantial growth of organization. The project presents a generalized view of the growing importance of employee engagement
