STA. MARIA BULACAN ______________________________________________________________________________ Prior / Pre-Event:

1.

Call time is one (1) hour before the given schedule at the designated backstage area of the venue. When the complete band arrives, they must present themselves to the Replicant representative to verify their attendance. If the band or any of its members arrive late (or less than 1 hour) for the call time, Replicant reserves the right to either move the band’s allotted schedule or reduce the allotted time of their set.

2.

Each band is entitled to a maximum of 2 guests (or 3 for those who are able to sell 15 tickets), which includes techs or roadies. They will be given free entrance and backstage access before and during the event, but only techs and roadies are allowed access to the stage prior, during and after the band’s set. Each band is required to submit a list of their members and their guests (in Band Info Sheet) at least 3 days prior to the event. Failure to do so will mean that either the band will be excluded from the event or the guest of the band will be limited to 1 person only. Replicant reserves the right to refuse access to any person, band member or guest due to extreme behavior or security reasons.

3.

Each band is fully responsible for the storage, security and handling of their gear and their equipments. Replicant will be responsible for assigning areas for storage, but should not be held liable for any lost or damaged equipment.

4.

Replicant will handle all the promotion for the bands during the event. If the band has any materials like CDs, merchandise or website that they are planning to promote during the event, they should inform Replicant through the Band Info Sheet or at least 1 hour before the start of the event.

During the Event:

1.

Each band and their respective guests will be given the appropriate gate pass and it should be kept at all times during the event in order to indicate Replicant’s approval of their access.

2.

Priority to the backstage access and use will be given to at least 3 bands according to the given schedule of sets. Replicant reserves the right to arrange the accommodations inside the backstage and has the right to request any excluded person to leave the area.

3.

Each band is allotted 20 minutes for their set, including soundcheck. Each set will consist of 3 songs, but a band’s set may be adjusted to more or less than 3 songs depending on the remaining alloted time (20 mins). Replicant also reserves the right to extend or cut the length of the set in case of any technical difficulties or security reasons that may arise.

4.

Each band will be held responsible for any lost or damaged equipment that may occur during their set, especially with regards to the equipment provided by Replicant.

5.

Any sound recording equipment, photo and video cameras that will be used onstage during the event, excluding those already assigned by Replicant, should be cleared first by Replicant. They are subject to Replicant’s proper designation and positioning onstage.

Post-Event: Any damage to property or to the venue by the band or any of its guests before, during and after the event will be their full responsibility. Replicant will be responsible for holding the band and/or respective parties accountable for the action. General:

1.

Dangerous items and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside and around the premises of the venue. Replicant has the right to confiscate these items prior and during the event.

2.

All inquiries and complaints should immediately be directed to any Replicant members.
