Terms of Use: The recorded track is purchased by “Your name/Company” for use as part of a live or recorded musical performance by whom he/she deems fit. This lease expressly forbids the remixing or sampling of the track as it exists on the distributed Compact Disc. Reformatting for use in a digital sampler or sample playback unit, resynthesizing or otherwise editing the track for use as sounds, samples, programs, patches or wave guides in any medium or format is expressly forbidden, excepting musical performance or recording. Any usage not specifically allowed by this lease, including but not limited to any usage by an unlicensed individual or organization, will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Royalties: DJUAN Productions reserves the right to collect a percentage of moneys earned from the retail price of the album this track is on as follows: 1-100,000 units: 1.5% 100,001-250,000 units: 2.5% 250,001 or more units: 3.0% By receiving this printed contract, you agree to the above terms and gain the rights to the track, “Whatever You Buy”.
