RENT AGREEMENT
This Rent Agreement of Executed at Delhi on this 24.08.2018. Between Prithvi Raj Sugandh S/o Late Makhan Sugandh R/o J-7,3rd floor, Landmark Solanki Dairy Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92 Hereinafter called after called the first party/landlord.
BETWEEN
Subhash S/o Late Sh. Makhsan Singh Sugandh R/o J-7, 3rd floor, Landmark Solanki Dairy Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92 hereinafter called the second party/tenant. Whereas the first party is the owner and is in absolute possession and let it out i.e. two room set at J-7, 3rd floor, Landmark , Solanki Dairy Laxmi Nagar, Delh -92 HEREINAFTER CALLED THE TENANTED PREMISES Now this Rent Deed settled with the following terms and conditions:NOW THIS RENT DEED WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
1. That the rent will be 5000/-p.m and the 2nd party shall pay the rent to the first party on 1st day of each English Calender Month excluding water and electricity charges. 2. That the period – of this rented premises in respect of above said property will be for 11 months w.e.f15/07/2018. 3. That electricity and water charges are available in the above said house, the electricity bill and water bill is excluding in the rent which shall be paid by the second party – according to his consumption. 4. That the second party /tenant will use the said property only for Residential purpose and he will not change its nature without the permission of the first party/owner and one month notices is essential at the time of vacation of the said tenanted premises. 5. That the second party/tenant will also have no right to sublet the said property or any part of it to any other person in any manner. 6. That the second party has no right to damage or alter the premises in any manner.
