HOW TO REACH CONFLICT RESOLUTION IN RMIT Vietnam has just participated in WTO. People have the opportunities to work in the international environment. Mostly, this working environment requires the team work cooperation and often causes troubles. Conflict among staff has been considered the big issue in an organisation. The reasons come from different sources such as the lack of communication, the differences in culture, working styles, working perceptions, job expectations, and personalities. In order to be more specific, this topic will be done in RMIT International University in Vietnam where staff and lecturers are from different countries. NowadaysIn recent years in workplace, conflict among staff in is the major issues in working environmentconflict among staff is ordinary .problem and tThe main sources is are customarily because due to the lack of communication, conflict in resource/interest or conflict in personal problem like children care and personality difference. However, We would like to analyse and identify conflict within RMIT campus. Moreover, at the end of the research, we want to learn something as following: • Identify the main causes of conflict in educational environment. • Learn the effect of unsolved conflicts on RMIT people • Figure out the conflict styles that RMIT staff usually use • Identify the most effective method to solve conflict in RMIT The Firstly, uunsolved conflicts couldcan be rather serious for the cohesiveness in the working environment. For instance, since it could easily result in strains for the staff memberss ,. As a result, unhappiness, Ithat makes the staff members not happy to go to work or contribute to tasks in a teamt could also make some people feel not happy going to work,. This problem often costs the company more money,. More importantly, unsolved conflict in a long time can also reduce reduce the working effectiveness and and creativity in a team. OverallSecondly, our report will include consist of the following sections such as: methodology, research(/findings), discussion(/ analysis), and then we also have the recommendatiorecommendations n section based on the our interview, and from theour research resources that we have found in the literature summary rearchthe literatural research. FinallyLastlyBesides, we will also have appendix section that contains the transcript of our interview with the staff. Especially, w Last but not least, we are going to conduct the deep - interview with the staff members in RMITRMIT staff and ask them about their conflict in workplace as well as the affection of conflict on their productivity. We intend to implement interview with RMIT staff only. Besides, we include the practical strategy for the staff members that we acknowledge important for the staff to resolve conflict as well as reduce the major stress inpressure on this organisatione working environment of RMIT. In conclusionIn the report, Wwe are going to present present the practical strategy for the staff memberss in the working environment like RMIT in order to resolve conflict. In additionW, we hope that the strategy will make other staffs overcome their conflict and make them think no longer consider conflict no longer bigserious drawback for them.

Conceptually, we this report will concentrate reveals the value ofon articulate the cause and effect of conflict in workplace, and. To know how effectively the conflict is solvedunderstand clearly the objectives that we need to achieved, then we evaluate the effect result our research and the interviewresult from the research and the interview in order to come up with its besta resolution to overcome of conflict. FurthermoreAbout the scope of the research, the research will be within RMIT only. Besides, we includes the practical strategy for the staff members that we acknowledge important for the staff to resolve conflict as well as reduce the major stress due to conflict in the working environment of RMIT. In addition, we believe that the strategy will help other staff solve their own conflictl make other staffs solve their conflicconflictt .. As a result, the conflict will will no longer disturb them as a serious ous drawback. We are going to interview the staff members in RMIT and then ask them about their conflict in workplace, the affection of conflict on their productivity and their their resolution of the conflict. happen regularly but be solved easily.
