Dear Manisha Madam, Thank you for giving us the opportunity to provide you this quotation. Subsequent to our discussions on 18th November 2009 and the floor visit, we have captured the requirements of your Interior design works for the Kitchen, we are herewith enclosing you the summary of work to be carried out. Request you to go through the same and feel free to contact us if you need additional inputs or clarification on any of the work packages proposed. As mentioned, we are willing to work with you at mutual convenience and make sure that we will provide you the best service. Work Details Kitchen: existing box type work (fixing doors, and finishing with Decolam) Height in feet 11 7.5 7.5 6.9

Rate per sft Rs 250/- Estimate amount : 22,352 (Rs.Twenty two thousand three hundred fifty two) This rate is assumed considering Plywood, decolam is already available with Customer. The boxes are already built The doors are in unfinished stage, we will fix the doors. All the Hardware will be procured by us. Handles will be provided by us with a maximum cap of Rs. 50/- per unit, any additional amount has to be borne by customer.

Rate per sft Rs 450/- , Estimated amount: 16,200* (Rs.Sixteen thousand two hundered) This rate is assumed considering Plywood, decolam is already available with Customer. All the Hardware will be procured by us. Handles will be provided by us with a maximum cap of Rs. 50/- per unit , any additional amount have to be borne by customer.
For the work that we carry in totality, the following sft rate are applicable. Rate card Type of Work

Decolam/Membrane/Post forming finish
Rs. 750 per sft Rs. 450 per sft Rs. 275 per sft Veneer finish will be Rs. 100 per sft extra. Special decolam finishes will be Rs.75 per sft (Mirror glass etc.,) however this will be discussed with customer while selecting the colors. Special type of works other than the rate indicated in above table will be discussed with customer and arrive at mutually agreed rates.
Work execution details: Ply Wood o Type of ply used : Boiled Water Proof (BWP) wood. o Companies: Assami Hills Decloam Sheets – o Type of decloam : 1 mm / .8 mm color & white decloams o Companies: ASIS Veneer - Natural Venners. Hardware – o Work items: Hinges, Channels, Handles o Companies : EBCO,Shappire Duration – 30 days from the date of commencement of work Payment Terms – o Advance On Material arrival – 40% of contract value o End of 2nd Week –30% of contract value o End of 3rd Week – 20% of contract value o On Contract closure – 10% of contract value
