NEW STUDENT & FAMILY PROGRAMS

To Whom It May Concern: It is with great pleasure that I write this letter of recommendation for Emily Byrne. I have supervised Emily throughout her time working within the Office of New Student and Family Programs as an Ambassador, Mavigator, and Peer Advisor. Student Ambassadors are considered the face of our university and are expected by our office to be kind, upbeat, service-oriented folks, who exude empathy and passion for their school. In the time that Emily has worked for our office, she has continually exceeded these standards. Emily demonstrates a high level of professionalism, autonomy, and grit. Her determination and hard work has been met with additional responsibilities that allow her to maximize her skill set. Emily’s potential is so great, and I am excited to see where it takes her. Of all of the students I have worked with over the years, she stands out in my mind as one of the best. I cannot think of another student more deserving of all of the opportunities that come her way. I have no doubt that her future work will be nothing short of extraordinary. With that, Emily has my highest recommendation.

Sincerely,

Kate Bard Interim Director, New Student and Family Programs New Student and Family Programs University of Nebraska at Omaha 402.554.2415
