For me, I prefer seafood for my choice of food, such as shrimp or salmon. Not only they are my favorite food, but also I don’t allergic to seafood. As the result, I think that it would be an available food choice for me. Nevertheless, it’s not exactly for a “good” choice. When fishermen are fishing, they might over spoil this environment by over-fishing and illegal fishing. According to the article, the author is concerned about the influences which come from commercial fishing and how did they upset the eco-system. I ate the roast chicken brought from market and fired organic cabbage for my last meal. From the perspective of wholesome to me, they are quite nutritious for human body. The chicken is full of protein, and the organic cabbage is filled with vitamins and fiber. These food might come from the agricultural village or county in south Taiwan, which can cost less in transporting the food then shipping or carrying the food overseas. For the reason, it discharge less pollution, and it also decrease the impacts to the environment.
