ADOPTION

THIS DEED of adoption is made on this 16th day of march, 2001 between------ son of late ----- aged about ------ years resident of ---- hereinafter described as first party and --- S/o---- aged about ---- R/o --------- hereinafter described as he second party. WHEREAS the first party is an issueless old man of ------ years of age and his wife ----is not maintaining good health and on account of advanced age the first party is not in a position to look after her and is desirous to adopt a child to take care of her in future. WHEREAS the second party has four sons and is willing to give his hird son ----aged about --- years in adoption to the first party hereto. Whereas ---- the wife of ---- the first party hereto , has given her consent for the adoption of said -----. AND WHEREAS --, the wife of ---- and her husband --- have given their consent for giving their son in adoption to first party hereto. Now, this deed of adoption witnesseth as under :1. 2. 3. 4.

That first party has taken and the second party has given his son in adoption to-day in a ceremony in presence of friends and relatives. That the said ----shall enjoy all rights of an adopted son of --- from the date of adoption. That the first party hereto undertakes responsibility of pooper unkeeping of the adopted child including his maintenance and education. That the second party shall have no claim in regard to custody or for that matter any other right.
