At present, I am working as a Dy. Manager with one of fastest growing Indian company M/s A2Z Maintenance & Services (P) Limited and am responsible for all overseas operation from estimation and tenders to execution and contract handling with various overseas clients mostly in African countries. Within a short span of 4-5 months time, we could explore many projects which are now at final stage for award in Kenya and Tanzania. I am also involved in some very important Indian contract finalization, fabrication of towers, etc. in and around Nagpur. We have successfully tested three nos. towers in R&C Tower Test Bed, Nagpur in January and February 2009 in record time of 28 days. Engaged in preparation of tender documents, creating a Request for Quote (RFQ), for unique variations of goods and services that are offered in a catalogue. Illustrating the process for handling tender timing issues such as auto-extend tender flow/ expiration in one embodiment of the present. Liaison with consultants, clients, suppliers, freight forwarders, internal departments. Sending reminders of various actions required from time to time. Actively involved in maintaining records including submission of tenders and agreements/contract documents. Orchestrated trade to ensure optimal promotional business activities to generate more accounts.  Site work as per the specifications of “MSETCL.” Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report. Maintaining the records of the Project as per ISO standard. ⇒ Actively involved in co-ordination with:  Project Manager to prepare advance Planning and required procurement. ⇒ Effectively involved in preparing monthly RA-bill and necessary follow up with client. Verification of sub-contractor bills. ⇒

Jan’07 – Mar’08 Associated Transrail Structures Ltd. ( An Associated Company Of GAMMON Group ) Sr. Field Engineer, Kenya Project: Executing 33Kv & 11Kv High Tension Distribution Lines with Sub-stations and 433V Low Tension Lines in Kenya. ⇒

Working with ATSL as a Sr.Field Engineer, posted in Kenya Project Executing 11Kv & 33Kv High Tension Distribution Lines with Sub-stations and 433V Low Tension Lines for Kenya Power & Lighting Co. Ltd (Client). During my tenure with ATSL a Baroda based GAMMON Group Company of repute; I am entrusted with supervision of sub-Contractors work of Electrical, Mechanical and Electro mechanical works. The scope of duties also includes, costing of various materials consumed, Costing of various item of work and certifying of subcontractors Invoices/Bills.

Effectively designing structures of 33&11Kv H.T and L.T lines as per client specification. Prepared the Bill of Quantity for all the projects and assist procurement department for obtaining quotations, purchase and follow up for supply. ⇒ Embody of the Company in Work Over Survey for New Tender which includes Supply, Erection of 11Kv, 33Kv & 66Kv Overhead Lines and Installation of 66/11Kv & 33/11Kv Sub-stations. Planned the bill of material for overhead Lines and help the Tender Department to estimate the overall Tender cost. ⇒



Overseas Accountability:  Liaising for timely engineering submission of Designs for client approval and subsequent use at works.  Project Planning for maintaining strict compliance to completion schedule  Supervising site work in all the Projects. Resource planning, vendor identification, price negotiation and manpower planning and suitable deployment of manpower resources  Complete the formalities for handing over the charged line to the client and then follow-up for the release of the payment for that line.

Dec’05 – Dec’06 Associated Transrail Structures Ltd. ( An Associated Company Of GAMMON Group ) Project: 220 KV D/C Line from Orai-Paricha (110 KM) & Rural Electrification Project for 11 kV & LV Lines at Sitapur District of Uttar Pradesh, India. Joined as Trainee Engineer and rose to the post of Senior Engineer. ⇒

Management and Execution of :  Site work as per the specifications of “R.E.C.”  11kv & 33Kv HT -& LT lines. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report. Maintaining the records of the Project as per ISO standard. Actively involved in co-ordination with:  Project Manager to prepare advance Planning and required procurement.  Store in-charge regarding Incoming and Outgoing materials daily. Effectively involved in preparing monthly RA-bill and necessary follow up with client. Verification of sub-contractor bills. Overseen of monthly budget and analyzing the details for shortfall and reasons thereof in every month and accordingly further planning is carried out to achieve the targeted AOP. Client activities encountered:

 Review meetings with M/s PGCIL at Sitapur, Lucknow and Gurgaon as well as    

attending the meetings called by power secretary at Shram Shakti Bhavan, New Delhi. Following up of CIP and MICC from PGCIL officials at Gurgaon. Inspecting of required materials in different parts of India. Maintaining the Field Quality Plan as per Clients Specification plan like Cube Testing, sand and aggregate water sampling, steel re-enforcement etc. Preparing Joint Measurement Certificate with Client.
