2. Using Kant categorical imperative (1st formula), why would downloading be wrong? Why would it be right? Answer: according to Kant’s categorical imperative why would downloading be right or wrong. The categorical imperative means that by having one rule the universal law. Downloading would be wrong because if you don’t want them to download your work then you must show it to them. It would be right because if you want them to see your work then they can download it because you giving them authority to do so.

3. According to john stuart utilitarianism downloading can be right as long as the people or the majority of the people do it. And it would be wrong if not of the people who has the lowest number does it.

4. Using Nietzche’s master & slavemorality Answer: According to Nietzche’s master the practice of power & the slave are the ones who are weak. Downloading should be right according to Nietzche’s is because if you want to download something you’ll download whether it is legal or illegal, that ill get I want, downloading is wrong, it won’t be wrong because according to Nietzche’s master & slave morality if you want something then it must be yours at all cost.
