IIV.Gas Convergence Device
Gas bus fits for enterprises that consume large amount of gas. Principle like this, gas inside of cylinder transported to bus main pipe through clamp and soft tube. Then reduce its pressure, adjust it and transport it to construction site through pipe. It can be widely applied in hospital, chemical industry, welding, electronic, scientific search units.
I. Gas Bus Fundamental Performance Bus: It means high pressure gas in cylinder. Utilize this equipment to reduce the pressure into certain using pressure. It is used for centralized gas supply. There are two converging main pipes, left and right, in the bus. Besides, there are four high pressure valves in the middle to control left and right converging pipes separately. Each group has comparatively quantity of branch valve, soft tube, clamp to connect gas cylinder. Moreover, there is a high pressure meter in the middle to test the pressure inside of the convergence pipe. In addition, there are two sets of pressure reducer on top of high pressure valve to control and adjust using pressure and flex; two low pressure valves on top of pressure reducer to dominate low pressure gas caused by switching between two rows during convergence. There is one low pressure general valve in low pressure main pipe to control gas inside of low pressure pipe. II. Application Summary 1. Bus is main parts in centralized gas supply equipment. It is used for changing high pressure gas into low pressure gas so that to be used. 2. When two sets of bus used together, another set can be discharged to exchange gas cylinder, two units work on duty.

Working principle: LPG is consisted of pressure adjusting box, heat exchanger and level display with protection system. The equipment changes the heat transfer area by automatically adjusting the level to adapt the change in the production load. When the load is over high and the level raises the high-point, the float valve automatically turns off the gas exit which is avoid of liquid-off phenomenon and ensure the safe operation of equipment. This equipment uses the decompressed vaporization principle. The LPG liquid from holding tank or low temperature insulation cylinder reduces the pressure by the pressure adjusting box. The liquid LPG’s temperature descends which makes the large difference in temperature between itself and environment to increase the speed of heat transporting. Then enter the finned tube evaporator makes the liquid become gas. The hot gas in the overheating part by the level control machine raises the temperature of exit gas to achieve the efficiency of steady transportation. Level display and protection system is consisted by the magnetic liquid level gauge cutoff device (contains safety valve) and long distance early warning system (optional). The level of Level gauge is visual. When the liquid reaches the high point, the early warning system will warn the worker. When the level is over the point of no return, Liquid cut off device will turn off the gas exit automatically in avoid of liquid gauge LPG come into the pipe. The float valve needs the manual reset after it turned off. Liquid input soft tube of pump should close and lower than output valve of storing tank for over 0.8m as possible as it can. Valves of liquid input pipeline and back gas pipeline should be twisted by heat preservation materials to prevent liquid from vaporizing to affect low temperature pump work. 3. Good ventilation for installing carburetor; it should leave 1-3m away from the ground 4. All connecting pipe should be installed horizontal or vertical, nearly 90 degree, make them firm.
