Maintain a record of admissions and prepare cases for Ministry of Religious Affairs (MORA) Stipend (Technical) claim from District Zakat Committee.



Responsible for submission of internal assessment reports, as prepared by Instructors, of trainees and attendance of trainees to examination department.



Identification of potential employers to explore opportunities for OJT and placement of trainees.



Make arrangement for the OJT of trainees with potentional employers and maintain record.



Actively pursue with potentional employer and coordinate with DBOMs / TMCs for the placement of pass-outs and maintain up to date record.



Responsible for getting feedback from employers regarding the quality of training being imparted in the VTI.



Assessment of existing trades with respect to the placement opportunities in the area and recommendation for replacement or start of new trades.

Assess options for coordinating the activities, procedures and systems so as to promote common policies and practices.



Dealing with public enquiries.



Provide first line support for all internal and external enquiries.
