Note: A number of on-going tasks and issues are taken care of among these members with the following broad division of labour: (14) Mark Williams – advises ExCo on the Party’s legal obligations and compliance; assists SG in Companies Ordiance aspects of the Party’s day-to-day administration; will

be acting SG during Joseph Cheng’s ‘sabbatical’; assists Ronny Tong in PB2 matters, particularly on fair competition law. (15) Vincnet Ng – advises ExCo on all aspects of the Party’s premises; assists in taskforces and campaigns on town planning and conservation; liaison with architecture, survey and planning community. (16) Amy Yung – Liaison with District Councils and district organizations; major role in cross-district consultation on buildings management law and regulations; assists ExCo in financial matters. (17) Bill Lay – Liaison with District Councils; advises and assists ExCo on electoral matters; assists the Party on housing policy matters including organizing activities. (18) Stephen Char – Special focus on health interests and issues; assists ExCo on district council election work; assist ExCo in membership activities; liaison with and organization of Friends of the Party.
