AMA Computer Learning Center College Taguig The Project Proposal Proponents: Catipay, Marjorie Joy C. Claridad, Nelino P. Geronimo, Joanna Marie P. Pellerin, Maria Theresa C. Recto, Percival P. Villas, Ronna T. Proposed Title: “InEx Inc. Computerized Receiving and Delivery transaction”

Area of Investigation: The Delivery and receiving process of InEx Inc. will be the area of investigation to gather the necessary information for the project by means of actual interview. The proponents will use Microsoft Access 2003 in designing the system.

Reason of Choice of Project: The main reason of choosing this system is to improve and enhance the use of the Delivery and receiving process flow of InEx Inc. from manual recording. The system is software used to input records of the delivered & received products purchased for the day. The property custodian will be the one to use the system.

Importance of the study: This system is used to improved and design a better recording transaction for InEx Inc. with its client.

It can store the records of all the delivered and received product items and their supporting documents. The data being recorded in the system will start on its client, itemized receiving and delivery, trucker information, quantity, and the system will provide the control number which is the Receiving Report no. (RR no.) from receiving transaction. And the Delivery report based on the (DR no.) or Delivery Receipt no. accurate report.

Target Users and Beneficiaries The property custodian of the InEx Inc. will be the one to use this system to input records of all the delivery purchased. It could be easier for the company to prepare the transaction reports of the company and can easily determines the amount delivered and received based on the recorded data of the transaction for each product. Actual transactions on all items/products are recorded in the system and the total actual count. Similarity with any previous studies/ Project: This study based its concept from different previous type of delivery and receiving transaction that saves and records data.
