Introduction: Proposed Company will be a sister concern of Royal Homes Ltd. A project of Duplex houses will be launched under the proposed company. Location of this project is spectacular. It is situated in the most secured location at Khadimpara, Sylhet. It is located near the Sylhet-Tamabil Highway. The area is known as flood and pollution free zone. Sylhet City is expanding towards cantonment area. After opening of Shahporan bridge and bi-pass road this area becomes a junction of Sylhet Division.
