Personal Development Program (PDP) Background: Personal Development Program (PDP) is aimed to unleash individual potentials by leveraging group coaching mechanism. This program is tailored made to every individual depending on own priorities. PDP is open only for members in Rotaract Club of Kuala Lumpur. This 8 months program was kicked off from 18th October 2003 and would be ended at 27th June 2004. Rotaract Club of Kuala Lumpur (RACKL) 2003/4

Personal Development Program (PDP) Mechanism: Participants in PDP were divided into three small groups consist of 4 to 5 people each. They are expected to meet up with their group buddies at least once in a month, to monitor the progress others, to give technical and emotional support.
