“British Airways club world class seats”
v British airways club word seating changed the game for business class, offering seats that fold out completely flat. The clever arrangement in the cabin (alternately facing towards forwards and backwards) allowed the max passenger density while still permitting there transformation into completely horizontal beds.

v Product design is crucial to anyone involved in the manufacture and marketing of physical products. v A well-conceived product will sell more, increase market share and builds reputation of the firm.
Why is it important? v One of the basics of the importance of design is for differentiation of products or services. v Design is important because it organizes and makes information/resources/assets (both physical and intellectual) usable. v It is important because it is a Human Endeavour. v Is the purpose of communicating some type of message/idea/ information.
What does it take?
KEY ASPECTS v FUNCTIONALITY: Talks about the performance and function of the product and the impact which design has on its performance. v ESTHETIC APPEAL:Purchase design of a product is based on its visual /esthetic appeal.eg: Crafts v EASE OF PRODUCTION : It describes how easily your product can be produced so as to increase sales volume.
