Good morning teacher and classmates! In this presentation, I am going to give you some pieces of advice about how do we stop procrastination. First, let me ask you something. How you manage your time? Are you a procrastinator? Do you put off your big homework to the last minute? If we want to achieve success at school, we need to stop being a procrastinator and follow these pieces of advice. First, make a to-do list and put it somewhere you can see. Every day or every week make a todo list of all the things you want to accomplish. Whatever tasks you have coming up. Think about what are your academic goals and write them. This can help you remember how far you want to go. Second, make space. Eliminate distractions and clear your work area. Be ready with the things that you need. For instance, your books, notes, and pen, and try to avoid distractions, like your cellphone. Third, give yourself a reward. For example, if you finish your report now, you can go see a movie with your friends later. This will give you incentive and help motivate you to complete your work as soon as possible. Finally, do not be multitasking. Doing many tasks at the same time is the biggest problem of the procrastinators. Focus on one task at a time and go to the next only if you finished the previous one. In fact, procrastination is a common problem, but if we follow these pieces of advice, we can overcome this bad situation and be ready to the new beginning.
