Justification The problem is a health deficit and requires more immediate attention to prevent the client from reacquiring the previous lung disorder. Lessening the cigarette consumption of client is partially modifiable due to his attitude which hinders them on solving the problem. Family’s financial resources are adequate, but the family doesn’t allot money for it. On the other hand, the client itself claims that he doesn’t have time on solving the problem. There’s a high possibility for the client to lessen cigarette consumption if interventions are managed early. It can prevent the client from acquiring lung and cardiovascular diseases. The client involved doesn’t consider this as a problem because for him, he already lessened the number of cigarettes

Justification It is a health threat that doesn’t need immediate attention. It is not modifiable for the family doesn’t know how to start communicating with their neighbors regarding to the noise brought about by their neighbor’s dog. If a necessary action would intervene on this problem, noise pollution can be prevented. This is a problem not requiring immediate attention for the family says that they are already use to this kind of situation.

Mr. Virgilio marked as underweight can be prevented necessary if interventions are applied earlier. The family perceives it as a problem not needing immediate attention as they reasoned out that they are not having any difficulties when it comes to nutritious foods and Mr. Virgilio says he doesn’t feel anything wrong about it for he feels strong and not acquiring any diseases despite being underweight.
