Subject: Applying for permission to continue spring semester 2018. Sir, I’m a student (Mohammad Mehedi Hasan Prince, ID # 2014-1-10-062) of your University. On the previous record of my Grade Report at 13th September 2017 showed me that I was dismissed from the University. In that case, I could not be able to continue my semester (Fall-2017). But, fortunately, after two months on 6th November 2017, my father got a letter from the East West university that mentioned my Grade Report at 2nd October showed that I am On Probation that says it is my first probation. After when I decide to continue my semester on probation I found that there was no time left for this semester. Therefore, I request you to consider my overall fact and giving me the permission to the right authority to allow me to continue the spring semester - 2018.
