December 1, 2009 Mr. Bob Thomas Prestonwood Country Club 15909 Preston Road Dallas, TX 75248 Dear Mr. Thomas: I am familiar with the outstanding reputation of Prestonwood Country Club and was extremely excited when I received the career links notification for the position of Head Professional. I would like to submit my resume for your consideration. My desire and goal is to be a Head Golf Professional at a private club that is committed to providing a first class golf experience with exceptional service to its members. Learning the game of golf at an early age from PGA Professionals had a major impact on my life. My dream was to pass along the enjoyment and the life lessons that the game of golf delivers. Having had the opportunity to learn from and work with talented professionals at The Dominion Country Club and at The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch, my skills as a golf professional have been greatly enhanced. Both clubs are known for impeccable customer service and for running first class tournaments while offering comprehensive golf programs. In addition, my expertise has been enhanced through hard work, relationship building with club members, cohesive team efforts with colleagues and a great desire to be the best golf professional possible. There are several reasons why I believe that I am prepared to be Head Golf Professional at Prestonwood Country Club. My passion and focus consist of creating an environment that provides the ultimate customer experience. I possess excellent communication and leadership skills that will help build a team of stable and well trained employees who understand how to provide a rich and warm country club atmosphere. As a lifelong player and student of the game, I have the professional experience necessary to promote and make the golf experience fun and rewarding. I pride myself on being able to teach golfers of all levels and help each individual achieve their personal goals. Having managed my family’s clothing business I have the required skills to operate a sound business and realize a profitable bottom line. I possess the drive and determination to lead a golf operation that will provide a first class experience for its members and their guests. My entire career has been dedicated to preparing and shaping my business philosophy that I will implement as Head Professional. I look forward with great anticipation to bringing this expertise to Prestonwood Country Club. Mr. Thomas, please allow me the opportunity to sit down with you so that I can share my vision. Thank you very much for your time and consideration. Sincerely,

Joey Gleitman
