Measure 5ml of Drug X 25% aqueous solution in a 10ml cylindrical graduate. Incorporate the 5ml of Drug X 25% aqueous solution into the 5g of Aquaphor until a uniform product is formed. Levigate the Drub B powder into a small amount of white petrolatum until a uniform product is formed. Incorporate this product into the rest of the white petrolatum using geometric dilution. Incorporate the Drug X/Aquaphor mixture via geometric dilution into the Drug B/white petrolatum product until a uniform product is formed. Pack the ointment into a clean 2 oz. ointment jar ensuring pharmaceutical elegance. Label, affix an “External Use Only” label and any other appropriate auxiliary labels to the jar, and dispense.
