• Re-evaluation of present pool of teachers in the Elementary and Juniors High School for potential assignment in the Senior High School Department • Initiate local training for teachers for possible assignment to Senior High School Department • Borrow teachers from nearby schools within the Division of City School and create itinerant teachers • Create partner universities and colleges to supply teachers as part of the field study program
