Your Honor : Attached for your convenience are an Opinion and Order issued this morning by Judge Robinson of the District of Delaware in Micron Technology, Inc. v. Rambus Inc ., Civ. No. 00-792-SLR, ruling certain Rambus patents unenforceable . Samsung anticipates that it will file additional papers addressing the effect of this ruling on Samsung's pending spoliation claim, as well as on the upcoming January patent trial, and we intend to request a hearing on these issues next week .
