8.4. POWER SUPPLY Proposed 500kV SS at Kertajati to serve Aerocity

Kertajati Aerocity 8.4.1. Projected Power Demand Demand Factor Used for Power Projection. The Table lists down the demand factor used for different land uses/zoning in the proposed development.

Based on the demand factor and proposed GFA of the site, the power demand at the 500kV/150kV Substation level is 280 MVA, 700 MVA and 1800 MVA at Phase 1, 2 and 3 respectively. The power demand at 150/70KV level are 330 MA, 818 MVA and 2114 MVA respectively. (Please refer to Projected Power Demand Table). 8.4.2. Proposed Power Supply Plan The power supply for developments at Aerocity is proposed to tap off the power from the proposed/planned power plant at IDRMYU or at Cirebon. This is subject to agreement from the authorities/power providers. In the PT PLN Business Supply Plan for 20132022, to strengthen the system supply in Jakarta, construction has been planned for a EHV transmission line 500kV from power plant IDRMYU and from Cirebon. The planned power plant capacity may need review to supply for Aerocity phase 2 (2025-2034) and phase 3 (2035-2045) both of which are very substantial

Phase 2

Typical Range of Estimated No of sizes of MVA substations tranformers (MVA)

The proposed power installations for the Aerocity are shown in the table. The proposed sub-stations are a 500/150kV Substation which are expanded at each phase to meet the demand. The proposed 500/150kV sub-station will distribute with 150kV feeders to 10 nos of 150/70kV substations. From these 150/70 kV substations in turn will feed 70 kV to 61 nos of 70/20kV substations in each of the parcels of development. From these 70/20kV substations they will be further stepped down to 20/0.4kV at individual building developments. All substations should have 1 spare lot for future expansion.
