In the Court of Hon’ble Presiding Officer, Punjab Labour Court No. 9, Camp at Sahiwal. In the matter of Sarfraz Hussain Petitioner VERSUS Nestle Milkpak (Pvt.) Ltd. etc. Respondents We, the respondents do hereby nominate and appoint
RIAZ-UL-HASSAN, Advocate, MUHAMMAD AMIN MALIK, Advocate. to be Council in the above matter for me/us and on my/our behalf to appear, plead and act for me/us in the above mentioned proceedings and to sign and file petitions, statements, accounts, exhibits, compromise or other documents whatsoever in connection with the said matter or any matter arising therefrom and to file and withdraw all documents and to apply for and receive payment of all moneys that may be or become due and payable to me/us during the course or after the conclusion of the said proceedings.
