Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude that focuses on the bright side of life and expects positive results

A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds. A great way to promote positive thinking is by using statements such as “I can”, “I am able”, “it is possible”, “it can be done”. Another great way to promote positive thinking is to surround yourself with positive people. Usually the toxic people in one’s life will be the ones whispering in your ear that you aren’t good enough, or are unable to do something. Physical activity is also a great way to improve positive thoughts. When you perform physical activities, such as walking for only 15-20 minutes, endorphins are released in the brain, which is a chemical used to fight stress. Smile! A genuine smile can actually make a person feel better about themselves. Meditate. Mediation is a great way to just sit and not think about anything for a few minutes.
