On Thursday, November 26, 2009, at 9 p.m., police responded to a call for a shooting in the Sheppard Avenue West/Arletta Avenue area. It is reported that: − a 25−year−old man was on a TTC bus, when a bullet pierced the side window of the bus and struck the victim in the shoulder. The victim was taken to hospital with non−life−threatening injuries. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 416−808−3100, Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416−222−TIPS (8477), online at www.222tips.com, or text TOR and your message to CRIMES (274637).
