Description To begin the session To choose the topic to be discussed To asign the order to speak in a limited time To ask something to the delegate that has just passed to the SL To open an informal debate with a limit of time To continue with a new time limit when the first is over Usually to work on the PWP or PR making direct contact To continue with a new time limit when the first is over To read the Working Paper after being aproved by the chair To present to the committee the DR after being aproved by the chair To suspend temporarily the debate To conclude the debate. Next, the Draft Resolution is to be voted. or a Moderated Caucus.The decision of what to do next is up to the delegates. *While introducing a WP or a DR, the delegates can't say or explain anything. They must only read the document. *After closing the debate the DR automatically will be voted.In case its rejected, the delegates may declare incompetent the committee to discuss or solve that problem, or keep trying. *point of personal privilege is never used for procedural matters To SC and HSC:
