High Range Water reducing and Retarding admixture for concrete
Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 is a superplasticising admixture to produce pumpable or flowable concrete, free from bleeding and segregation when added to the concrete mix having slump atleast 10 mm without admixture. It also imparts the cohesiveness to concrete mix for easy placing and pumping.
TO ACHIEVE • Water reduction upto 20-22% without effecting the workability. • Helps in reducing cement content for a required strength by reducing w/c ratio. • Increases workability at a given w/c ratio, resulting easy placing, and eliminates honeycomb. • High workability and induces high early strength which helps in early de shuttering of precast moulds. • Reduction in shrinkage cracks. • High early and ultimate compressive strength of concrete. • Less permeable and hence more durable.

Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 Should not be added in dry mixes under any circumstances
DOSAGE: • Dosage range of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 will be 250 gm to 1200 gm per bag of cement. Optimum dosage should be determined by doing site trial mixes. Dosage may go above maximum limit for High Performance Concrete and shall be determined by site trial mix. COMPATIBILITY: • Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 is compatible with all types of cement e.g. OPC, PPC, PSC etc. • Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 is compatible with all air entraining agent which complies with IS 91032003 and Integral water proofing compound which complies with IS 2645- 1978. If other admixtures are to be used in concrete containing Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 , they must be dispensed separately.
AREAS OF APPLICATION • Structural Concrete • Pre cast Segments • Ready Mix Concerte SPECIFICATION AND STANDARD IS: 9103-1999 and ASTM-C-494-86, Type G METHOD OF APPLICATION: • Concrete shall be mixed with 5070% of the mixing water (based on mix design by weight). • The correct quantity of Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 should be measured with recommended dispenser and should be added to the concrete with remaining 30% mixing water and allow to mix it for recommended mixing time.

265 kg STORAGE : Keep the liquid above freezing temperature. If the product has frozen, thaw it at room temperature (25°C) and agitate until complete reconstitute in the original form. Store under cover, protect from direct sunlight. Failure to comply with recommended storage condition might result in premature deterioration of the product and packaging. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS : Dr. Fixit Pidicrete CF 204 is a non-toxic and inflammable. When in contact with the skin, it should be washed with cold water.
