PATOGENESIS Batu empedu disebabkan kolesterol yang melebihi 70 % Batu empedu disebabkan pigmen lumpur kandung empedu stadium awal Patogensis(factor yang berperan dalam batu kolesterol) o Hipersaturasi kolesterol dalam kandung empedu. o Percepatan terjadinya kristalisasi kolesterol o Gangguan motilitas kandung empedu dan usus.
